MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF HOME DECOR
THE MATERIALS
First step of the production of our home decor is the selection of the material to be used for the selected item. According to the client requirement
the choice will be done out of following options: 100% jute rope 4mm/ 6mm/ 8mm; 100% cotton rope 4mm/ 6mm/ 8mm.
The raw materials can me later dyed in chosen colour. Our jute and cotton ropes are produced in our “rope section” of the factory.
THE SAMPLE
Second step is to produce a "'control" sample for the production. The dimensions and the shape of the item is recorded by our technical team,
and the sample is produced to meet all the requirement of the client. The ready sample is made in two copies - one to be kept by the Rusana team, the second one is to be sent to the client for the approval.
THE STITCHING
The stitching process involves using special sewing machines for 90% of the production, and, in some cases, hand stitching techniques,
depending on the requirements of the client. The goal is to securely connect the ropes while maintaining the integrity of the design and shape
and ensuring the item's overall strength. This stage demands attention to detail and craftsmanship to guarantee that each handcrafted item meets the highest standards of quality and durability. In addition to providing structural integrity, the stitching also contributes to the overall aesthetics of the item, influencing its final look and feel.
THE QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control is a significant aspect of our production process, and crucial stage. The supervisor
check the shape, size, alignment, and overall construction of each handcrafted item to identify and rectify any defects.
Properly stitched items not only ensure the longevity of the product, but also contribute
to the satisfaction of our clients and later the end-users.
