Rusana company was created back in the 90s, with the focus to export eco products made 
of jute all over the world. From a small factory with a monthly capacity of 50 ton per month,
it grew into several factories with a total capacity of 1000 ton per month. The production process was modified, the machinery and equipment updated, the working forces multiplied, all this led to production capacity to grow during the years and the variety of products that a company offers to its customers to reach it’s peak. 
The range of products of Rusana company starts with raw jute materials, like sliver, and ends with the processed product from jute like jute bags and espadrilles. Right now Rusana is 100% export oriented company with over 30 years of experience, more than 100 clients and above 600 workers. It operates two factories, located near the capital of Bangladesh, Dhaka.

The Manufacture process
 
The manufacturing process of Rusana company varies from item to item. 
80% of the process is automated, due to perfect implementation of machines. 
However the 20% still remains handmade, which our company is proud about. 
The raw materials are received at the factory and production process run by 600 people everyday.
